Project intake with a recoverable task handoff
Synthetic requests cover a normal intake, repeated delivery, a changed payload and a deliberately failed destination.

Execution & evidence
What this case establishes.
The manual workflow ran in n8n and returned eight passing acceptance checks. Its record store is an in-execution demo object. The deliberate destination failure is a fixture, not a failed live API.

Scope and limitations
- The demonstration uses synthetic requests and labelled test destinations.
- Connected platforms and simulated components are identified in the case.
- A successful test run does not establish long-term production availability.
Acceptance checks
- Replay an event without creating a second business record.
- Keep a failed destination update visible and recoverable.
- Trace the final record back to its input and decision.

A bounded first engagement
Start with one clear outcome.
One input, one principal destination and agreed failure cases. Confirm execution volume, destination permissions, maintenance and API costs before expanding.
